Annual General Meeting 2023

We plan to host our Annual General Meeting in the evening, from 6-8pm, but committee members will come one hour earlier to rearrange the tables and chairs, and set up the audio visual representation. Starting off, the executives will present their reports. We will then open the floor for nominations, accepting anyone who wishes to apply for their desired role. Those nominees will then pitch why they want that role, before leaving the room and allowing members to vote on the best candidate for each role. While counting the votes, attendees will be free to get food and drinks as they wait. The event will conclude with announcing the results of who the new 2024 committee will be.
